A World-Changing Company

Palantir builds the world’s leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. By bringing the right data to the people who need it, our platforms empower our partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, and more.

The Role

We're looking for a Content Strategist to join a cross-functional group of creatives who are responsible for communicating Palantir's work and values. This role is an opportunity to embed deeply in a unique company with a highly technical environment. Our mandate is broad, and you'll work on projects that span internal, external, and client communications as you contribute to the development of Palantir's global communications strategies.

As a Content Strategist, you will help ensure consistency and quality across many different channels. You're a strong writer and editor comfortable in short- and long-form content (and everything in-between), who can consider and synthesise many inputs to create a shippable product quickly. You'll iterate directly with stakeholders to understand their needs, deliver a creative, effective distribution strategy, and execute operationally to bring each project to life. You will have a hand in guiding our channel strategy and building processes for continual improvement.

Core Responsibilities

    • Creating content for external audiences, such as social posts, web copy, product content, video scripts, blog articles and more.
    • Producing content for events attended by Fortune 500 CEOs, government leaders, investors, etc.
    • Guide and execute our paid social media strategy across Linkedin, X, and Google Ads.
    • Defining and refining internal processes to scale our content operations, while maintaining quality.
    • Coordinating and creating content for integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with internal teams (investor relations, media, customer experience, etc.) and external resources (agencies, vendors, etc.).
    • Partnering with company leaders to develop content for companywide all-hands events.

What We Value

    • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
    • Proven communications experience involving technology products/software and visual design skills are preferred.
    • Prior experience managing organic and paid social media channels (Linkedin, X, YouTube, Google Ads), social budgets and campaign execution.
    • The ability to engage on Design topics is important in this role. We aren't looking for formal training or skills, but you should be able to think about communications artifacts holistically — everything matters, not just the words.
    • Prior experience running corporate social media accounts with a keen operational sense and opinions on strategic direction, as well as familiarity with website strategy and operations.
    • Ability to navigate in a largely unstructured environment – our team is growing, and you’ll wear many hats.
    • Strong judgement and discretion, and an ability to handle sensitive information.

What We Require

    • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time to other Palantir offices globally, external conferences, and client meetings.
