What you'll get to do:
Leading mixed teams of consultants and skill disciplines, you will deliver projects with a balance of rigour and pragmatism to achieve results within given constraints
You will embed data led project management, challenging wasteful processes and driving efficiency
With your communication skills, you will engage and influence across multiple levels of an organisation
You will collaborate with our senior stakeholders to put business value at the core of project delivery
Know from experience which metrics to track and which stage of build and make sure the team relentlessly delivers to create amazing products through the best delivery cadence possible
Manage the projects, from resource planning to management reporting, with appropriate attention to risk and budget control with the required toolsets
Responsible for continuous service improvement and process developments including maintaining and improving systems, policies and procedures that govern the performance monitoring, development and delivery of a new proposition
Work to help build the delivery capability within 11:FS, helping to shape a consulting practice that you want to work in
What you'll bring:
A deep understanding and hands-on knowledge of relevant technology concepts
An understanding of how to build new propositions from scratch, using modern architecture and delivery principles
A deep routed skillset that understands how to deal effectively with clients in all situations, when to escalate and when to trust your instincts
Ability to build collaborative relationships
Ability to work as part of a team - working together to solve problems
Proven, effective time management, prioritisation and organisational skills that ensure deadlines are met and goals achieved
Experience of working in a consultancy or digital agency
Whilst London is our home, all Elevens are working remotely currently and are likely to be so for the majority of 2020. We want to be as flexible as possible when the World starts to return to normal, so we are more than happy to talk with fully remote colleagues who can travel to London every so often.
