Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager

The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager will own the end to end campaign funnel here at 15Five. Your role will encompass a mixture of campaign execution, optimization, and collaboration with our existing marketing and events stakeholders.

This will encompass a blend of campaign and event strategy. Identifying tactics, content, end to end campaign delivery, conversion best practices, and measurement to support hitting our marketing goals. 

Our existing marketing funnel has varying levels of maturity - we’ve seen initial successes with account based marketing and partnerships and this role will help to develop and mature the marketing funnels for these offerings in addition to supporting our more mature efforts. You will work particularly closely with the sales team in supporting outbound campaigns, in-person event planning and helping us expand our sales-marketing efforts together.

As a key member of the marketing team, you will collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams— including sales, customer success, design, content and communications, and product marketing — and independently manage several marketing channels simultaneously. 

You’ll be a major stakeholder in planning and executing on our annual customer focused event and assist in strategic planning and execution of field events, as well as guiding our team on best practices for customer adoption, virtual, and 3rd party events we sponsor in accordance with 15Fives’ go-to-market plans. Your efforts will be designed to create specific, valuable interactions between 15Five and it’s community, in turn driving demand generation and positive brand affinity. 

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, you will have responsibility for building the strategy to ensure the improvement of every stage of the buyer’s journey - from execution of our marketing campaigns,  optimization of our nurture paths, interaction with our events and content, and post customer outreach. You will help to identify buyer funnel success metrics and then own the improvement and management of those metrics as 15Five grows exponentially.


    • Marketing Campaign Execution
    • Plan, coordinate, implement and oversee marketing campaigns that support sales across the buyer’s journey
    • Collaborate with the sales and solution owners to understand the market, define sales messaging for personas and ensure lead follow-up
    • Maintain and expand current Account Based Marketing campaigns
    • Develop creative campaigns that generate new leads and then convert them into sales-qualified leads via ongoing nurture campaigns and sales follow-up
    • Work with the marketing team to coordinate creation of landing pages, emails, and other forms of marketing outreach in support of campaigns you manage
    • Expand audience lists
    • Work closely with sales stakeholders to identify and evaluate new verticals and accounts
    • Work closely with partners to increase conversion of existing partner marketing efforts
    • Expand buyer journey focused integrated marketing campaigns
    • Brief content creators, email operations and digital marketing teams to ensure each campaign is forward planned and delivered on time

    • Campaign Optimization
    • Execute, monitor, and measure marketing campaigns and their success in terms of ROI
    • Help establish processes and templates to streamline campaign management and ensure consistency
    • Review and improve existing and future sales cadence emails
    • Support in benchmarking and refining campaign KPIs 
    • Partner with marketing teams to develop the content strategy and map assets to a content distribution across the buyer journey
    • Manage end-to-end lead handling of campaignsImprove performance of trial signup flow
    • Optimize campaigns quickly and efficiently using data and feedback

    • Events and Related
    • Provide support and strategy for customer summit as well as smaller field events
    • Develop content with subject matter experts and/or with creative support
    • Assist in the creation of program strategy for keynotes, breakout sessions, and workshops
    • Ensure streamlined conference operations
    • Implement pre- and post-event outreach and working cross-functionally to meet target attendance rate
    • Coordinate the promotion of conferences


    • 4+ years of related marketing experience, ideally in event marketing, demand generation, or sales enablement
    • Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts end-to-end
    • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budget, vendors, and internal team
    • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Highly adaptable and can problem-solve quicklyYou are creative, innovative and can think outside-the-box
    • Excellent communication skills both written and oralYou are metric-driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data 
    • Experience with marketing and sales software such as Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, Eventbrite, and landing page builders


    • By 3 Months
    • Assist in creation of Event Strategy for 2022 which includes sponsorships at large industry and partner-led events, regional field events, virtual events, ABM events and 15Five-hosted conferences
    • Work with Sr. Director of Demand Gen to review and set 2022 budget
    • Meet with key stakeholders from across the company to align on product releases, content launches, partnerships, and other company and department goals in order to support a robust,  integrated campaign strategy
    • Meet with sales stakeholders to re-imagine outbound/ABM strategy for 2022

    • By 6 Months
    • Increase number of event driven MQLs using top-of-funnel event programs such as webinars, sponsorships, and partnered events
    • Increase conversion rate and velocity of MQLs to Closed Won Revenue utilizing ABM and field marketing events
    • Utilize events to drive customer feature adoption, expansion, retention and renewals
    • Implement and test new ways to convert leads to SALs during and after events
    • Maintain a consistent messaging quality across all campaignsSupport community, partnership, coaching and other peripheral marketing campaign efforts

    • By 12 Months
    • Create a predictable and repeatable lead funnel for pipeline generation for the areas of budget you manage
    • Handoff event management to our event staff with the exception of field events and other high level customer efforts
    • Grow adoption of trial driven and partner driven revenue
    • Own a cost-effectively campaign strategy to scale with revenue goals while improving conversion rates 
    • Complete an audit of all marketing programs you own and implement necessary changes to improve lead quality, conversions and win rates
