Business Development Representative (BDR)

US, Remote
Revenue Organization – Sales Development /
Full Time Exempt /
Remote
Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are an integral part of the Revenue Organization as they exist to build sales pipeline so we can grow and accomplish our mission. BDRs are responsible for initiating introductory meetings with prospects and/or existing customers and booking calls with our Strategic Account Executives. BDRs research and prospect into target customers, identify needs, introduce 15Five, and generate an evergreen pipeline of prospects and accounts. Successful BDRs demonstrate a growth mindset, tenacious cold calling skills, strong business acumen, adaptability, and a hunger to win.

The career path for performing BDRs is most often Account Executive or Account Manager.
