SEO Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and scale our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns without relying on paid advertising strategies. Experience with the Adult Industry content is helpful but not required. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling international e-commerce SEO, driving organic traffic, setting up optimized flows and campaigns, building and testing creatives, and supporting retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve global site rankings.
- Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and link-building activities.
- Set up, optimize, and monitor campaign flows and weekly email/SMS campaigns.
- Perform website audits, address technical SEO issues, and improve site performance.
- Track SEO and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
- Stay updated on SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO is embedded into the site structure and content.
- Execute A/B testing, analyze results, and identify insights to maximize ROI in campaigns.
- Comfortable working with adult niche/industry content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, particularly for international e-commerce sites.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and link-building techniques.
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website optimization.
- Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar are a plus.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
- Ability to make data-driven decisions based on campaign and SEO analytics.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
$6 - $7 an hour
