Role: Project Coordinator
Full-time / 9am – 530pm EST / Remote-Anywhere in PH

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Resource Management: Ensure resource availability and allocation, coordinating with various departments to meet project needs.
- Task Coordination: Assign tasks to team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and project plans.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-saving measures.
- Problem Solving: Evaluate and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in English with minimal accent is a must
- Project Management Expertise: Proven experience in project management, including planning, execution, and closing.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams towards achieving goals.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address project challenges and ensure smooth operations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree: In Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management
$5 - $6 an hour
