Our Client is a U.S. based recruiting and staffing company looking for a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our sales, marketing, and business development efforts. This role will work directly alongside company leadership, contributing to lead generation, outreach, process optimization, and overall business growth.
We need someone who is sharp, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator—someone who wants to learn, win, and be part of a high-producing small team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales, Marketing & Business Development Support
- Research and build targeted prospect lists to support business development efforts.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn follow-ups to drive engagement.
- Proactively market high-quality candidates to potential clients.
Process & Technology Optimization:
- Work with leadership and third-party vendors to implement AI, automation, and workflow improvements.
- Use CRM tools and data tracking systems to streamline operations.
Tech Stack & CRM Management:
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator, Indeed, Apollo.io, Crelate CRM, PipeDrive CRM, and Google Sheets to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly to enhance efficiency.
Collaboration & Growth:
- Work closely with company leadership on key initiatives in sales, business development, and marketing.
