This is a remote, work from home position. We are currently seeking remote Business Development Representative to join our team in Mexico.
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our healthcare division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. This role involves working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to expand our market presence and achieve business goals.
Schedule: EST / 36 hours a week
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector through research, networking, and outreach.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, healthcare providers, and decision-makers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Sales Support: Work collaboratively with the sales team to support the sales process, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential areas for growth and differentiation.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our healthcare products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of activities and progress.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and build brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Experience: < 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment.
$3.74 - $3.74 an hour
