We are looking for Bid and Proposal Analyst for our client's team in Philippines.
Mandatory Pre-requisites:
- Excellent communication skills (Advanced level of English C1 level)
- Must have their laptop/desktop which meets minimum qualifications:
- Processor - Core i5 or higher, RAM - 8GB or higher
- Bandwidth Requirements Minimum- Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps; Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps.
- A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background noise and interruption.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate incoming bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct detailed cost analysis to develop and present accurate project estimates and budgets.
- Identify and analyze market trends and pricing to ensure competitiveness in bidding processes.
- Communicate effectively with sales and project management teams to ensure all project needs are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality materials.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all project estimates, bids, and related documentation.
- Participate in bid strategy sessions, providing insights and recommendations to optimize the bidding process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project estimation and bid evaluation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
- Familiarity with project management software and systems.
