We are seeking remote Technicial Recruiter to join out team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements, team goals, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using online platforms, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the candidate selection process, including scheduling interviews and managing feedback loops.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on trends in the tech industry and the talent market to attract competitive talent.
- Collaborate with HR and other teams to negotiate offers and support onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter or in a related role, preferably in IT, software development, or engineering.
- Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry tools.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for connecting top talent with exciting opportunities.
$5.25 - $5.25 an hour
