The Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a female professional based in the Philippines with a solid background in project management and operations. You’ll work closely with our creative, marketing, and executive teams to ensure smooth project execution and efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage digital projects from concept to delivery
- Assist in managing ongoing content projects for monthly clients
- Monitor task completion, timelines, and team performance across the project pipeline
- Support task delegation and follow-through by coordinating with team member
- Respond to client text messages related to project updates and timelines (all phone calls will be handled by the founder)
- Maintain clear documentation and updates in project management tools
- Assist the main Project Manager and the Founder with administrative and operational tasks
- Prepare updates and reports for leadership
- Help streamline internal workflows and operational processes
- Identify roadblocks and propose solutions to keep projects on track
- Support hiring and onboarding processes as needed
Requirements
- Female candidate based in the Philippines (preferred)
- 2+ years of proven experience in project management and/or operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced digital environment
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, Asana)
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- Experience working with creative or marketing agencies
- Familiarity with social media, content creation, or digital marketing processes
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a passion for team collaboration
