We are looking to hire remote "Reports Analyst".
Working Hours: 10:00pm to 7:00am PH
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Reports Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
- Experience with Real-Time Analysis (RTA) and reporting is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using reporting tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources to create accurate and comprehensive reports.
- Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards to visualize data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide insights and recommendations based on the analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver reports in a timely manner.
- Monitor and track key metrics and performance indicators, highlighting areas for improvement or potential issues.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide support and training to end-users on reporting tools and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data analysis.
