We are looking for a high-performing PROJECT BASED Recruiter to join our team in Mexico, with hands-on experience managing high-volume hiring for the U.S. market, while operating remotely from Latin America. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating large pipelines of candidates. You’ll play a key role in helping us meet aggressive hiring goals while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Working Hours: 9am-6pm EST
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles (50+ hires per cycle).
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
- Screen and shortlist candidates to assess fit based on job criteria and client needs.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain ATS data accurately.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and role requirements.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
- Provide regular updates on pipeline health, bottlenecks, and recruitment metrics.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment for roles in the United States.
- Based in Latin America, with strong ability to work across U.S. time zones.
- Proven ability to fill 15+ roles per week in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency using ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
- Strong organizational and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
$5 - $6 an hour
