We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical remote QuickBooks Online Specialist in Argentina, to manage daily bookkeeping, generate financial reports, and deliver insights from financial data. You will be working remotely for a U.S. based company that values precision and proactive problem-solving.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
Responsibilities:
- Match transactions in QuickBooks and manage daily bookkeeping.
- Generate standard and customized reports in QuickBooks.
- Export and analyze data in Excel (including pivot tables).
- Support data-driven decisions with financial insights.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reports with weekly reviews.
- Reclassify transactions if needed and answer related questions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables essential).
- Fluent English (written & spoken), with experience in English-speaking environments.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Located in Argentina or Latin America.
Nice to Have:
- Experience using Power BI and/or Julius.ai for data analysis and reporting.
$8 - $9 an hour
