We are seeking remote Virtual Assistant – Appointment Setter to join our team in Argentina.
We are a U.S.-based recruiting and staffing company looking for a highly motivated, organized, and results-driven Virtual Assistant to support our business development and sales efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making outbound calls, setting meetings, following up diligently, and staying highly organized. Remote | Full-Time or Part-Time | Work Hours: U.S. Central Time (8 AM – 5 PM CST)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- High-Volume Outbound Calling & Emailing: Make 50+ outbound calls per day to prospective client companies.
- Engage decision-makers via phone and email to gauge interest and schedule meetings.
- Follow up persistently to keep leads engaged and moving forward.
- Scheduling & CRM Management: Book meetings and set calendar invites for our U.S.-based Business Development team.
- Log all activity, notes, and next steps into PipeDrive CRM.
- Maintain organized follow-ups to ensure no opportunities are lost.
- Daily Reporting & Communication with Leadership: Provide daily updates to the BD leader, summarizing calls made, meetings set, and key conversations.
- Stay in constant communication with the BD team throughout the day.
- Keep leadership informed of pipeline status and any challenges.
- Self-Learning & Industry Research: Proactively learn about the industries we support—we work across different sectors, and success in this role means taking the initiative to understand them.

Who You Are:
- A Strong Communicator – You have fluent, professional English skills (written & spoken) and can confidently engage with U.S.-based professionals.
- Comfortable Making 50+ Calls Per Day – You genuinely enjoy talking on the phone, following up, and driving conversations forward.
- Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You track every touchpoint, keep CRM records updated, and stay on top of follow-ups.
- Self-Motivated & Results-Driven – You take ownership of your numbers and push yourself to exceed expectations.
- Tech-Savvy & Process-Oriented – You’re comfortable using PipeDrive CRM, LinkedIn, VoIP, Instantly (email campaigns), and more.
- Fast Learner with a Desire to Improve – You take the initiative to learn about our industries and continuously improve your outreach approach.
- Works Well Independently & Within a Team – You can take direction well but also work effectively on your own.

Work Requirements:
- Must be available to work during U.S. Central Time Zone hours (8 AM – 5 PM CST).
- Must have a quiet, professional workspace for making calls.
- Reliable high-speed internet and VoIP phone access required.
- Experience in appointment setting, sales, customer service, or cold calling is preferred.
