About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HubSpot and Marketo Marketing Administration Support specialist to assist in managing and optimizing our marketing automation platforms. 

 This role will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot, Marketo, and other sales/marketing tools. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with both platforms and a strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, particularly in a sales-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer, configure, and maintain HubSpot and Marketo to support marketing and SDR operations.
    • Build, test, and deploy automated email campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing sequences tailored for SDR outreach.
    • Optimize lead scoring models and MQL-to-SQL conversion tracking to align with SDR performance metrics.
    • Enrich and verify contact data within HubSpot and Marketo to ensure accuracy and usability for outbound campaigns.
    • Manage data hygiene, segmentation, and database integrity within both platforms.
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead routing and engagement workflows.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to track MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and SDR efficiency.
    • Support integration of HubSpot and Marketo with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), ZoomInfo, and other sales intelligence tools.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing automation workflows, forms, and landing pages.
    • Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant email marketing regulations.
    • Provide training and support to SDRs and marketing team members on best practices for using HubSpot and Marketo effectively.

Requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, specifically with HubSpot and Marketo.
    • Strong knowledge of lead nurturing, MQL-to-SQL conversion optimization, and SDR automation workflows.
    • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and integrating marketing automation tools.
    • Ability to analyze marketing data and optimize campaigns for higher SDR engagement and conversion rates.
    • Experience with contact data enrichment platforms such as ZoomInfo or similar tools.
    • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization (a plus).
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

    • HubSpot and/or Marketo certification.
    • Experience in a sales-driven B2B marketing environment.
    • Knowledge of API integrations and marketing technology stacks.
    • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.HubSpot and/or Marketo certification.
