Role Overview
We are seeking a Systems Operations Architect to design and scale the operational infrastructure supporting our global go-to-market execution. This role will lead the modernization of existing reporting and workflow systems—transitioning from Google Sheets and Zapier into developer-backed, API-driven platforms anchored in Power BI.
While this is not a coding role, it requires strong collaboration with developers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable architectures. The successful candidate will ensure automation-first operations across Salesforce, Power BI, and other critical platforms.

- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Eliminate manual and Zapier-based workflows by designing API-driven automations.
- Map escalation paths, triggers, and workflow rules across core business systems.
- Track automation adoption and measure efficiency gains against KPIs.
- Redesign legacy Google Sheets frameworks into structured, scalable Power BI data models.
- Define schemas, operational logic, and SLA monitoring frameworks for development teams.
- Maintain version control, documentation, and change logs for system governance.
- Partner with engineering to build pipelines from Salesforce and operational platforms into centralized dashboards.
- Ensure transformation accuracy, prevent schema drift, and maintain ≥ 99% data quality.
- Deliver SLA and risk-monitoring dashboards for proactive management.
- Act as liaison between Product, Operations, Data, and Development teams.
- Translate operational requirements into technical specifications and validate outputs.
- Provide documentation and training to drive adoption across managers and users.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Leadership & Delivery:
- Proven success leading systems migration or product operations initiatives in SaaS or high-growth environments.
- Strong record of on-time delivery for operational or reporting transformations.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, Power BI architecture, and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience migrating from no-code/low-code tools (Sheets, Zapier) into developer-backed systems.
- Skilled in pipeline design, schema governance, and automation strategy.
- Collaboration & Communication: Effective partner to engineering and product teams, translating business needs into system architecture.
- Strong communicator able to document workflows, train managers, and drive adoption.
- Comfortable balancing technical detail with business priorities to influence decision-making.
