Are you a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional with a knack for online research, organization, and communication? Our Client seeking an Assistant to Sales, Marketing, and Business Development to work closely with our Founder and President, David Case, in driving the company’s growth initiatives. This is a full-time remote position with the flexibility to have at least half of your workday overlap with 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time.
About the Role:
This position is integral to our sales and business development efforts, leveraging advanced tools and strategies to identify new leads, build industry-specific target lists, and support initial outreach to prospective client companies in the US. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining and organizing data while assisting in the execution of email campaigns and CRM management.
Payrate in USD: $2 - $3 (Per Hour)
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with David Case, Founder and President, to support and enhance sales and business development strategies.
- Lead Identification & Targeting:
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Google, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Create and maintain targeted industry lists for outreach.
- Support Outreach Efforts:
- Assist in initial email outreach, including personalized emails, mass email campaigns, and follow-ups via Outlook and email marketing tools.
- Help craft messaging for campaigns and outreach templates.
- CRM Management:
- Enter new leads and prospective companies into Crelate, our CRM tool.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities and client interactions.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including list creation, data mining, and other research-driven projects.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and reports as needed.

- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You excel at managing multiple tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring smooth workflows.
- Critical Thinker- You’re a critical thinker who enjoys problem solving and creating solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google, ChatGPT, and CRM platforms like Crelate. (these specific tools are ideal but NOT required).
- Experienced: Prior experience with list creation, data mining, and email outreach is highly preferred.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: You take initiative, manage your time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Flexible & Reliable: Able to adapt to dynamic priorities and ensure at least half of your workday overlaps with Central Time business hours.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development support is ideal.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage and organize large volumes of data efficiently.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
