Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Magazine Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for the design and layout of magazine issues, ensuring high-quality, visually appealing results that align with the brand’s vision and style.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout magazine pages, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing design for each issue.
- Work closely with editorial, photography, and marketing teams to create visually engaging content.
- Develop templates and design concepts to streamline future issues.
- Ensure consistency in design across issues and maintain brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the highest quality work.
- Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines and adjusting to changing needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in magazine design or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and color theory.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred
- Experience with print and digital publication design.
- Knowledge of editorial workflows and processes.
$5 - $6 an hour
