The HR Services Representative is responsible for supporting the HR department and line leaders in data reporting and system updates.  This role supports proactive onboarding, employee experience and learning task completion.  The role emphasizes delivering a positive and professional experience that aligns with the Judgement Free Zone® philosophy. The ideal candidate is positive, detail-oriented, and skilled in HR/Learning management systems and working functions in excel.  

Key Responsibilities

    • Tracker & Paylocity Updates (30%)
    • - Review onboarding workflows for timely completion, send reminders to HR and leaders, remove candidates from systems if they did not start employment with us.
      - Periodic system reviews and updates
      - System updates for benefits open enrollment

    • Yoobic reporting (30%)
    • - Monitor Yoobic for new hire learning completion path and timeline.  
      - Track areas where new hires/potential promotes are stuck in training path
      - Remove records/files no longer needed in Yoobic learning paths. 

    • HR Reporting (20%)
    • - Gather reporting data from HR team leads for weekly and monthly metrics: turnover, learning completion, backgrounds run/completed, I-9 compliance. 
      - Ad hoc file pulls for legal related needs (as needed)
    • Collaboration & Compliance (20%)
    • - Participate in role specific training, weekly HR team meetings, periodic touchpoints with HRMs and COE HR leaders.  Stay aligned with evolving processes and compliant with laws & regulations.

Requirements

    • Must have 2-3  years of experience in HR service centers, data entry, learning management, HR systems experience preferred.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills..
    • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
    • Data accuracy, reporting skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information in accordance with applicable laws.

    • This is a data entry and reporting position that may include evening or weekend shifts to support business needs across various time zones. The role involves extended periods of sitting and frequent time on a computer.
