As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the blockchain and DeFi space. You will manage candidates through the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing candidates to contract presentation and conclusion. You will work to ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your role will be critical in scaling the company with the best professionals in a highly competitive market.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Strategy

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, using your network and industry experience in UAE and across Europe.
    • Manage candidate for your vacancies through the recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
    • Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs, particularly in the Web 3 and De-Fi markets.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

    • Work closely with brand guidelines and marketing colleagues to draft compelling job postings that attract the right talent and reflect our culture.
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through transparent communication, timely feedback, and well-structured interview processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Hiring Process Optimization

    • Work closely with hiring managers to shape role requirements and interview strategies.
    • Follow structured interview processes to ensure consistency and fairness in hiring decisions.
    • Suggest adjustments to the hiring processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Educate customer groups, equipping them with best practices in assessment, structured feedback and candidate engagement.

Market Research & Talent Insights

    • Proactively suggest adjustments to hiring strategy based on talent market shifts and business needs.
    • Stay updated on hiring trends in blockchain, crypto, and fintech to remain competitive.
    • Recommend salary benchmarks, note competitor hiring trends and industry talent movement.

What You’ll Need: Requirements

    • Fluent in written and spoken English
    • Experience in talent acquisition in Tech, Fintech, or Web 3 environments
    • Experience recruiting for global, remote-first, and distributed teams.
    • Strong track record in hiring technical and non-technical roles
    • A pragmatic, data-driven approach to problem solving
    • A deep interest in the world of emerging technologies
    • Comfortable using data to present information and make recommendations
    • Comfortable in Fluent in a highly dynamic working environment

Nice to have

    • Fluent in a second European language
    • Experience of working in Talent Acquisition, in FinTech, in UAE
    • Experience of automating processes and of systems integration
