1Password is being shared with new people every day, and we’re adding people to our team to keep up. We’re looking for a Senior IT Ops Analyst to help make sure our team has reliable hardware, software, and services. As a member of the Back Office team, you’ll learn how to wear many hats.

As a Senior IT Ops Analyst, you thrive working in a high growth organization, contributing ideas to continually improve efficiency and streamline workflows. You are passionate about sharing your experiences with your team members and enjoy learning from theirs as well. You are a person that wants to automate and innovate rather than perform repetitive tasks. You are comfortable working with minimal supervision and believe that if it can be documented, it can be scripted. You strive to leverage this for improving the team's ability to move quickly. As a techie, you enjoy staying up to date with the latest technologies, industry standards, and best practices through online communities and meet-ups.

We are a remote-first organization and this opportunity will require some flexibility working within a geo-distributed organization.

This is a remote opportunity for candidates located within Canada or the United States.

What we're looking for:

    • 4+ years of work experience in an IT role in a Mixed OS environment
    • A passion for learning and helping others
    • Excellent people skills 
    • 100% fluency with the English language with excellent written communication skills, and the ability to communicate at any tech level
    • Great attention to detail
    • Experience managing interdepartmental projects with teams such as Finance, HR, Engineering etc.
    • Experience with SaaS products and 1Password are a plus!

    • Collect information, analyze it, and find solutions for hardware and software issues
    • Work on various projects related to increasing productivity, security, and ease of use
    • Contribute to designing and implementing policies and improving efficiency 
    • Develop and execute hardware distribution for new and existing employees
    • Manage inventory and track asset history
    • Contribute to a smooth and pleasant onboarding experience
