Reporting to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Analyst - Partnerships (RevOps Analyst) will be responsible for supporting the work of the Revenue team through the use of the technology stack at 1Password, with a specific focus on our PRM (Partner Relationship Management) tools and processes related to our partnerships business.

The partner program is primed with huge growth, but there is still so much to figure out to ensure our partners are armed for success while scaling our processes. We need a proactive, independent thinker with high energy and a positive attitude who can adapt to a fast-paced changing environment.  The right person for this job is able to pick up new information and processes quickly, and eventually apply their knowledge to implement scalable solutions. This person is a problem solver with a pragmatic approach, and is comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

    • 2+ years of sales operations experience in an individual contributor capacity
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce required for data management, reporting, and large scale updates
    • Experience managing a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform along with other system integrations
    • Experience with Partner KPIs and Saas metrics
    • Proven track record of excellence in a fast pace SaaS or technology environment 
    • Analytical mindset with a mature skillset focused on extracting & analyzing data from salesforce and other tools and/or PRM
    • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.  You're someone who can easily understand the objective and take the necessary steps to get the job done
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
    • Excellent communication skills demonstrated by ability to effectively articulate information and requirements within Revops and across stakeholders in other functions
    • High level of proficiency with Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, v-lookup, formulas)
    • Experience working with Zift (PRM) is an asset
    • Experience working with MSP and Reseller programs and  integrations is an asset 
    • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a business related field

What you can expect:

    • Champion PRM data and Salesforce data hygiene across leads, accounts and opportunities 
    • Support the partnership sale process from a system perspective from end to end, including daily monitoring of the health of the current system, optimizing and scaling additional functionalities as the business evolves 
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholder to create workflows, automations and improvements to drive incremental value for users of the PRM 
    • Build the necessary data structure and reporting to track and measure success of the partnership program 
    • Support the parter-facing teams to ensure they are successful and working alongside several internal teams to ensure we have the right process, tools, documentation, policies and communications in place to recruit, engage and motivate our partner community  
    • Generate regular reporting from PRM and SFDC to support leadership in decision making 
    • Support the RevOps team with project management of longer-term improvement projects, including grooming, prioritizing and scheduling of large scale updates affecting the Revenue team
USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $70,000 USD and $94,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
