As the Senior Revenue Strategy Analyst, you will be one of the first-team members of the emerging Revenue Operations Strategy function within the broader revenue operations team. Your role will be as advisor and operator to Sales Executives as we scale and transform Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Revenue Strategy Operations, the role will encompass all aspects of running a successful GTM organization, which includes GTM (Go-To-Market) planning, growth strategy, quota modeling, forecasting, and data analytics. You will lead and drive company-scale GTM initiatives that will help shape the growth trajectory, while acting as an advisor to sales executives and partners cross-functionally. You will serve as a subject matter expert with the business unit, being an extension of the leader there bringing both an operator and strategic mindset.

The ideal candidate will be a strong analytical and strategic thinker that enjoys and values building relationships. This candidate will demonstrate the ability to roll up their sleeves for all the details, but be able to distill the complexity into strategic recommendations which can be digested by executives. You will have the opportunity to combine intuition for improvement, creativity, insights from sales leaders, and curiosity to accomplish meaningful work to uncover trends and identify opportunities that will be critical to the future of the company

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US (Eastern Time Zone preferred).

What we're looking for:

    • 3-5 years relevant experience working within strategy, operations, Consulting, FP&A position. Prefer at least 1+ years within strategy or operations at Technology company
    • Experience with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy at SaaS or PLG company that underwent significant transformation
    • Experience developing forecasting, quota, and territory models for GTM Organization
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with key sales leaders and other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals.
    • Experience with SQL, BI, and Salesforce reporting required
    • Experience with Python is preferred
    • Motivated to work in a fast-paced, build environment

What you can expect:

    • Building GTM Strategy (segmentation, territory, quota, resourcing) to maximize efficiency and productivity
    • Help build forecast excellence to ensure data-driven predictable growth as well as scalable processes across all business units
    • Own end-to-end improvements to the business starting with: Analyzing data and presenting recommendations to leadership, and also overseeing execution and results
    • Define key performance metrics and create automation and reporting views to derive insights into the health of the business and build executive level reviews
    • Identify operational process improvements, work with teams to propose changes to systems and problems to fix   
USA-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $89,000 USD and $121,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The Annual base salary for this role is between $85,000 CAD and $115,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

While we are a remote-first company, occasional travel for in-person engagement will be a part of this role. This may include but is not limited to bi-annual department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events will typically be held in varying locations across Canada and the USA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
