As the self-serve campaign manager at 1Password, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth of our self-serve business through strategic campaign development, execution, and measurement. Reporting to the Director of SS Growth, you will own the strategy and execution of cross-channel B2C and B2B SS campaigns, as well as oversee the end-to-end strategy and execution of 1Password’s influencer program spanning all business lines.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or a related field, with increasing levels of responsibility.
    • Proven ability to understand customer needs and craft creative, targeted, and on-brand marketing campaigns that effectively engage and convert.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful full-funnel marketing campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics, data analysis, and reporting.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality work.
    • Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and make sound decisions with imperfect information.
    • Experience mentoring and coaching team members is a plus.
    • Bonus points for:
    • SaaS Marketing Experience: Experience working in a SaaS marketing role, particularly with a focus on self-service or product-led growth, is highly valuable. 
    • Small Business Marketing Expertise: Experience marketing to small businesses is a plus. This involves understanding the unique challenges and needs of small business owners and tailoring messaging accordingly.
    • Data-Driven Marketer: A strong data-driven mindset is crucial. This includes experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, SQL) and the ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and measure ROI.
    • Experience developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, including identifying relevant influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring campaign performance. Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
    • Experience with Asana or other program management tools. 

What you can expect:

    • Campaign Strategy and Development: 
    • Develop and own full-funnel evergreen and tentpole campaign strategy across B2C and B2B SS, aligning with broader marketing objectives and tailored to target audience.
    • Collaborate with the PMM team to analyze market research and competitive intelligence, identifying key trends and opportunities to inform the development of effective campaign strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Data & Technology, Customer Experience, etc.) to develop comprehensive campaign strategies that enhance customer acquisition, retention, and monetization. Influence stakeholders and gain buy-in on campaign plans. 
    • Program Management and Execution:
    • Lead end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns with cross-functional channel leads (e.g., email, paid advertising, social media, content marketing). 
    • Lead strategy and execution of Influencer marketing program.
    • Orchestrate multiple complex programs simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables and resources effectively. 
    • Proactively identify and anticipate potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies.
    • Performance Measurement and Analysis:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for all campaigns and  develop robust tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor campaign performance
    • Analyze data, identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness. 
    • Present performance reports and insights to key stakeholders, effectively communicating campaign results, business performance, and recommendations.
    • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on campaign objectives and strategies. 
    • Proactively communicate campaign progress and results to stakeholders, providing regular updates and seeking feedback. 
    • Influence stakeholders and gain buy-in on campaign plans and recommendations. 
    • Foster an inclusive environment by soliciting diverse viewpoints and incorporating them into team direction.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $100,000 USD and $136,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $94,000 CAD and $128,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
