We’re looking for a product manager who is well on their way to perfecting their craft and who has extensive experience driving product development from customer research to marketing to sales and back again. In this role you will report directly to our Head of Product Management giving you the opportunity to shape the overall product strategy in addition to your core product management functions.

We’re looking for someone who is self-driven and eager to learn, who’s excited not only about bettering the product, but also self development and having fun along the way.

What we're looking for:

    • An undergraduate degree ideally in a technical track. It’s a plus if you have an MBA
    • 3 - 5+ years in the product management function, ideally in a B2B go-to-market, enterprise sales model
    • The ability to know what it takes to sell our products to our target customers, drive their adoption and expand the footprint and translate that into product strategy
    • Repeated practice creating the materials the sales and marketing teams need to carry out their functions
    • The aptitude to understand and communicate the value of technical products to development and engineering managers as well as IT and security leaders – even better if you’ve sold into these audiences before
    • Analytical skills – you’re metrics-driven and you’re comfortable finding and digging into data, and teasing out insights
    • Experience collaborating with development to define core use cases and project managing the initiative through to successful launch
    • Strong leadership abilities and the aptitude to take psychological ownership for the projects you own and project manage them through to success
    • Experience collaborating with user research and personally conducting customer interviews so that you can represent the voice of the customer
    • Excellent presentation skills and experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly the sales organization

What you can expect:

    • Take ownership of key customer workflows
    • Interview customers, our internal experts and experts in the field to understand the nuances of the workflows as it pertains to their situation
    • Conduct deep competitive analysis and analysis of adjacent players on the access management and security space
    • Craft and prioritize product road maps for the areas of your responsibility
    • Understand and contribute to the overall product strategy and the relative stack rank of your product road map within it
    • Work closely with development to get their input into the strategy, to define “what” we will build and to bring the “what” to market
    • Work with our data science team to capture data needed to inform decisions based on the activities you drive and measure the results of your initiatives
    • Depending on the workload of the product management team, be open to picking up activities that might not be directly in the scope of the products you own or even the product marketing function to help balance the workload of the team and meet the needs of the business
