The Marketing team is looking for a seasoned and creative Sr. Campaigns Marketing Manager to define the marketing strategy for driving awareness and creating demand for 1Password’s SMB segment. You will be responsible for assessing our campaign strategy and identifying opportunities to capitalize on our strengths and close gaps with focused execution and new program innovations. You will apply your campaign leadership experience to design new campaigns, including audience definition, persona-oriented messaging development, buyer journey mapping, content planning, and channel and tactic mix design. You will be responsible for leading a campaign from strategy through execution, guiding the program management throughout the campaign process.

You will work cross functionally with Product Marketing, Growth and Sales leaders to learn about the pain points faced by our SMB buyer and bring campaigns to life that reach our buyer at the right place and time with the strongest messaging that positions 1Password as the optimal solution. You will be instrumental in: developing new processes for campaign ideation; ensuring our persona-based messaging is consistent across programs; overseeing the execution of programming; and measuring impact of the programs. Marketing-sourced leads and pipeline will be your ultimate measure of success.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

What we're looking for:

    • 7+ years of B2B campaign management experience or related with a preference for experience in a SaaS or startup environment.
    • Proven track record of growing revenue for a SaaS or high growth business using a customer-centric and data-driven approach.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated experience with managing and influencing stakeholders at varying levels, leading large cross-functional forums to align teams to marketing milestones, and guiding stakeholders to deliver against our goals.
    • Excellent organizational and project leadership skills with a proven success in B2B campaign strategy, framework, development, and execution.
    • Demonstrated experience developing integrated programs that leverage webinars, content, web, social, PR, email, outbound, chat, and paid.
    • Demonstrated experience with creating and delivering presentations to executive-level stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
    • Preferred: knowledge of 1Password, its products, and the cybersecurity industry.
    • Preferred: experience launching a new product to market.

What you can expect:

    • Be accountable for the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of omni-channel campaign plans aligned to 1Password's strategic objectives and marketing goals.
    • Proactively identify and lead efforts to implement campaign management improvements, innovative solutions, and new approaches to enhance team efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
    • Partner regularly with sales leadership on strategies to hit pipeline targets, including optimizing current programs, providing outbound toolkits, ideating web experiments and measuring success of those programs.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to build prescriptive segment-specific persona-based messaging and buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy.
    • Collaborate with PMO leadership to develop workback schedules and marketing calendars. Identify key milestones to align teams to a predictable cadence and promote efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
    • Align closely with SDR leaders on results of campaigns, gain qualitative feedback, and generate ideas for optimization.
    • Work cross-functionally with senior leaders across Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing and Growth, to prioritize business opportunities and deliver efficient campaign plans.
    • Ensure clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholders to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
    • Establish channel mix per program, write briefs and effectively communicate plans with all stakeholders and marketing leadership.
    • Partner with Marketing Analytics to ensure all marketing campaigns and programs have KPIs and measurement plans. Utilize insights to identify risks, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
    • Foster cross-functional relationships with sales, support, product, and customer experience that drive greater impact of campaign initiatives.
    • Craft and leverage person-based messaging and buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign plans.
    • Mentor campaign marketing team members, contributing to the ongoing development and training of the team.
