We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our team!

The successful candidate would be responsible for the following:

Set audit checklist across departments

Audit processes as scheduled

Monitor audit trends and identify opportunities for improvement

Work with teams on action plans and follow through with completion

Conduct knowledge checks of processes with departments

Facilitate regular calibration sessions with departments

This is a Part-Time position, 20 hours per week, working during Eastern (EST) business hours.

Collaborate with teams in creating process standards
Audit processes of multiple departments for continuous improvement purposes
Analyze results of audit and map out key performance indicators for maintenance and improvement
Develop quality control measures to maintain and improve processes
Provide feedback to stakeholders regarding audit results
Consistent tracking of quality improvement
Implementation of action plans
Process documentation and mapping
Collaborate with multiple departments
Manage all audit programs

Continuous improvement and quality management methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, TQM, or other similar competencies
Process audit experience
Change management
Ability to understand, interpret, and communicate with data
Cross-functional team coordination
Project management - intermediate to advanced
Data analysis - intermediate to advanced
Reports creation and presentation - intermediate to advanced
Multi-tasking and ability to manage multiple priorities
