CPT-3801 Appointment/Nurture VA

Service:  Real Estate Support
Experience Level:  Intermediate Senior
Hours/Week: 10 hours (based on performance will increase) 
Shift Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time
Shift Hours:  between 1 pm-5 pm PST
Shift Days: Sunday to Thursday

VA Task: Appointment/Nurture VA

    • Call prospective clients using a list of phone numbers provided to you.
    • Accept calls from prospective clients as they arise.
    • Schedule a consultation between the prospective client and a Sales Representative.
    • Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.
    • Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact.
    • Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar will be advantageous.
    • Computer literate.
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
    • Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent phone etiquette.
    • Identify customer segments within the funnel to drive conversion and retention
    • Work alongside nurture programs, ensure email/SMS deliverability, and adhere to best practices

    • Proven track record of success in sales preferably in real estate or large products or services
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to overcome objections, to problem solve to achieve results
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Show up consistently on time
    • Have a good internet connection and adequate power to avoid stoppage of work during storms, etc.
    • Previous understanding or ability to learn Software: Ring Central, Mojo autodialer, Commissions Inc Database, and Skype
    • Daily communication and updating.  Attend weekly updates and training calls
    • Speak conversational and proper American English
    • Working on Pacific time.  Sunday through Thursday, Tuesday through Saturday, or Wednesday through Sunday schedule ideal. 
    • Experience with scripts, objection handling, sales relationship calling (not customer service)
    • After orientation, desire to be a long-term hire

    • Over 1 year of sales experience
    • Knows how to qualify prospects
    • Adept in calling and talking to leads
    • Familiar with tools such as CRM, autodialer, and web-based phones)
