VA TASKS
- Issue Management
- Manage Amazon & Walmart case logs
- Audit & deal with PDP issues and find a solution
- Deal with listing hijackers
- Account Management:
- Account Health Review
- PDP audits to ensure high performance and BB%
- VOCE updates and coupons
- Returns reporting and analysis
- Download and organize all monthly reporting
- Setup FBA shipments and ensure weekly reconciliation
- Fulfill orders on MCF, 3PL & ETSY
- Inventory updates and FBA transfers on SoStocked
- Manage warehouse stock levels on SoStocked
- Reimbursement management
- Ad-hoc tasks
- Good written English
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good organizational skills
- Comfortable with Google suite (Sheets, Slides etc) to make reports
- Must have experience with SoStocked
- Must have experience with Amazon, ETSY, Shopify and Walmart
