Candidates applying for the Java Developer post should have the following at least in their resumes ( and other skills are secondary):
1. Strong knowledge of Core Java.
2. JSP, Servlets
3. At least one framework idea.
4. JS
5. CSS Basics
6. Worked on Web based projects
7. Worked on any of the following IDEs Netbeans, Eclipse, Intellijidea
Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience
Work hours: 10 hrs / week to start with
Schedule: EST morning preferred, Flexi shift during weekends.
