Offshore Logistics VA
- Create inbound shipments in NetSuite and Amazon Seller Central
- Create Shipping Labels
- Book Transportation
- Prioritize Shipments
- Communicate between US and China Supply Chain Teams
- Work hours to align with Shanghai China Team (GMT+8)
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Amazon Seller Central experience a plus
- NetSuite or equivalent a must
- Must be proficient in Excel
- Must be very flexible working in a fast-paced environment
