Project Manager (Partner Programs), Microsoft
Redmond, WA
Embedded Consultant /
Full time, contract /
Remote
Do you love bringing clarity to complex programs and helping teams hit their goals? Are you energized by creating crisp communications that keep everyone aligned and informed? Does coordinating across diverse stakeholders to move projects forward give you that “mission accomplished” feeling? If so, you might be our next Program Manager!
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a Microsoft partner program team. Please note this is not a technical program manager or developer role. We're looking for someone skilled in communication, content creation, coordination, an organization.

As a member of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experienced program leaders, strengthen your communication and program management skills, and make a direct impact on high-visibility AI initiatives that support Microsoft’s global partner community.
This is an Embedded Consultant role, which means you’ll work directly with the Microsoft team while being supported by 2A. The engagement is remote (PST hours) and is expected to run from mid-November 2025 through June 30, 2026, with the potential for renewal.
While you’ll spend most of your time collaborating with your Microsoft teammates, you’ll also have access to the 2A community through regular check-ins, professional development opportunities, and events that help you connect, grow, and thrive in your role.
