Host Acquisition Manager

San Francisco
-Develop and manage a team of outsourced outbound callers focused on non-professional host acquisition.
-Develop and iterate on call scripts for outbound callers. 
-Create a system that attributes new listings to your programs and monitors the performance of callers on your team. 
-Create a framework to monitor the performance of new listings so that we are onboarding high quality, in-demand supply.
-Create your own model and work with the analytics team to find areas that are undersupplied, and develop an acquisition strategy.
-Experiment with outside-the-box strategies that will help us acquire new hosts at scale.
-Collaborate with Growth and Product teams to optimize our product so that new hosts to become active on the platform. 

Previous Experience
-2-4 years at a startup in a data driven role focused on user acquisition.
-Management experience is a plus.
-Advanced knowledge Excel/Sheets and high level of competence with business intelligence tools is a plus.
-Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.
-Demonstrated track record of success, specifically in taking initiative on new projects and bringing them to the finish line. 
-Degree from a top undergraduate university.
