Overview
This is a unique opportunity for a motivated, highly driven individual to grow out a new healthcare vertical within 32Co. Opportunities to build a startup within a startup are rare, and so we are looking for someone with exceptional creativity, fearlessness and organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple workstreams at a time. This role will require building out the commercial aspects, and therefore we are looking for someone who is obsessed with growth and who is looking for an opportunity for outsized personal and career development.
You'll be in a stealth team developing and executing a go-to-market strategy in a new area and owning the relationships with external stakeholders. You'll need to be comfortable speaking to our customers and it is a highly cross-functional role requiring interaction with every part of the team. You'll help iterate the business model, internal processes and international supply chain for distribution. You will be a foundational member of the go-to-market efforts, helping to shape and grow the global footprint of the business.
