The Role
We are looking for a proactive and creative Sales Enablement Manager to ensure the successful rollout, adoption, and long-term success of 32Co within practices and practice groups.
This role sits at the intersection of customer success, sales enablement and sales - you’ll work closely with Account Executives, Key Account Managers, and practice stakeholders to ensure every implementation at practice and group level is successful, learning quickly from each customer and iterating quickly so that we can build a framework for long term implementation success.
What You'll Be Doing -
- Practice Rollout & Adoption
- Play a leading role in the Proof of Value stage and onboarding of new practice groups, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Working closely with the Sales team, your role will be to ensure that our most important customers get maximum benefit from every aspect of 32Co’s service so that they commit to a long term partnership with us.
- Deliver training to practice group practices to ensure usage of 32Co is maximised.
- Engage with Area Managers, Practice Managers, Practice Owners, Dentists, Hygienists, Receptionists, TCOs and other staff as required to drive rapid adoption, and long-term usage. Build and maintain stakeholder relationships accordingly.
- Work closely with Key Account Executives and Key Account Managers to identify and capitalise on upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Identify barriers to adoption and proactively address them, working cross-functionally with other 32Co teams as required.
- Capture and share customer feedback to improve rollout processes for the future.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in sales enablement, customer success/implementation or account management.
- Experience in the Dental or wider healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confident communicator, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable building out processes where they don’t exist, and building a framework for future iterations.
- Creative and resourceful problem-solver, with a bias for action.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Comfortable travelling regularly for client visits and industry events.
- Able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
