As a Strategic Account Executive, you are responsible for refining and executing our sales strategy in France. You will be part of our EMEA Enterprise Sales Team (5 Account Executives today) and participate in acquiring and developing customers across multiple verticals.

At 360Learning, the Strategic Account Executive role is 100 % sales oriented and your goal is to help 360Learning acquire new logos. You will work on a named territory basis (companies above 10.000 employees) and will be in charge of building your pipeline and closing the deals. But, you will not work alone! You will be supported by teams of experienced BDRs, Sales Engineering, and other internal experts to help you drive the sales cycle to the finish line. Collaborating with these teams will be instrumental to succeed in your daily work.

You will report to the VP of Enterprise Sales.

Within 1 month, you will:

    • Learn more about Convexity, our working environment 
    • Meet the global team through virtual coffee meets
    • Understand our product and value proposition through training and the onboarding
    • Learn our sales processes, tools and frameworks
    • Discover your territory

Within 3 months, you will:

    • Successfully tier your portfolio and start working on strategic accounts 
    • Demonstrate a high level of leadership by being diligent, thorough, and making a positive impact during every sales engagement
    • Start creating a pipeline to ensure success

Within 6 months, you will:

    • Create and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and generate new revenue, by closing new business opportunities with Enterprise Clients (+10 000 end users or employees)
    • Continuously encourage and develop discipline in the sales team concerning updating the CRM timely and with high-quality information
    • Collaborate with the Sales Engineering and BDR teams to accelerate sales opportunities

Within 12 months, you will:

    • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales objectives
    • Accurately forecast on a weekly and monthly cadence to meet and exceed quotas
    • Generate new ideas to improve overall business performance

The Skill Set:

    • 8+ years of Sales experience in a B2B environment working with large accounts
    • Previous experiences working in the SaaS industry
    • Successful track record of achieving your targets
    • Expertise in executing successful sales strategies 
    • Strong analytical skills to identify team trends and patterns to drive results
    • A growth mindset and a life-long learning attitude 
    • Native French and fluent English proficiency
