Our Demand Generation team has one mission: to create a pipeline for our hungry sales teams. As Head of Demand Generation France, you own pipeline creation for the France market to speed up 360Learning growth.

You will join a global team of experts: 3 other Head of Demand Generation in the US, UK, and Germany and 2 Paid Marketing experts. You will work alongside our Marketing Operations team, our Event team and our Brand & Content team.

Within 1 month, you will:

    • Experience a comprehensive onboarding that includes an insight into our teams, culture, and product
    • Collaborate with our EMEA Paid Marketing Manager to create your 1st marketing experiments on paid channels
    • Upskill on how to manage our remarketing campaign

Within 3 months, you will:

    • Own the FR Demand Gen budget and be accountable for FR SQL (Sales Qualification Lead) and cost/SQL targets
    • Define and execute your marketing experiment roadmap to monitor & improve every marketing touchpoint
    • Partner with FR BDRs to improve lead follow up and increase conversion rate of MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) to SQL
    • Be the FR Sales team point of contact for all marketing-related questions

Within 6 months, you will:

    • Collaborate with the rest of the FR marketing team (EMEA event manager, Brand team) to create more ambitious & complex campaigns
    • Unlock new acquisition channels to scale demand generation in the FR market
    • Feed the Product Marketing team with business insights based on your campaign results, thus building your knowledge of the L&D industry

Within 12 months, you will:

    • Convert the learnings from your marketing experiments into strategic insights to build the French marketing roadmap

The Skill Set

    • Experience in Demand Generation in B2B SaaS
    • A minimum of 4 years experience of owning a budget and a target (SQL/opportunities/pipe), interacting with a sales team
    • Good understanding of SEM (Google Ads) and Social (LinkedIn Ads and/or Facebook Ads) 
    • Good command of marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot) and Salesforce
    • Analytical skills: you quickly create reports and analyse performance methodically to identify bottlenecks
    • Native French speaker and fluent English
    • Excellent written communication and attention to detail 
    • Experience with ABM campaigns is a plus
