C&B, HRIS and People Operations Director

As C&B, HRIS and People Operations Director, you are an operator of strategic projects in C&B and HRIS as well as a coach to our team in charge of Admin, Payroll and Office Management worldwide. You focus on building a scalable infrastructure and delivering projects that showcase the uniqueness of 360Learning. You will be based in France - remote work possible - and will work closely with the Chief People Officer.

Within 1 month you will

    • meet the team
    • learn how to work in Convexity
    • define your roadmap and OKRs
    • become familiar with 360Learning

Within 3 months you will

    • audit our compensation and benefits practices
    • benchmark our employee value proposition
    • launch the search for an internal IT manager
    • define our HRIS strategy

Within 6 months you will

    • begin the roll-out of a scalable HRIS
    • take over all compensation and levelling processes
    • draft the V1 of a “work from anywhere” (in the world) policy incorporating legal and logistical components
    • operate (or coach the team on) all C&B, HRIS, Office Management, Payroll and Admin matters,

Within 12 months you will

    • achieve internal individual salary transparency,
    • achieve external C&B policies transparency,
    • roll-out the final scalable version of “work from anywhere”

After 18 months you will

    • come up with your own list


    • 8+ years in HR roles,
    • of which 5+ years leading  teams,
    • of which 3+ years in Compensation & Benefits teams,
    • In-depth experience of: international mobility, benefits, compensation, equity,
    • Experience rolling out company-wide tools (HRIS or other),
    • Strong project management skills,
    • Passion for Transparency,
    • Fluent english (C1 level or equivalent),
    • Enthusiasm for our culture explained here,
    • Eager, even if a bit unsure, to have a shot at becoming Chief People Officer of a 500 people company within 3 years
