Our People & Culture team is seeking a motivated Social & Employment Law Intern to support our legal and HR operations as we continue scaling in France and internationally. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, supporting collective and individual labor relations, and improving processes linked to employment law.
You will work closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer and the HR Business Partners to handle day-to-day employment law matters and prepare for key social and legal milestones, such as works council consultations or individual employee case management. You will coordinate regularly with the General Counsel to ensure consistent legal interpretations and company-wide compliance, and you will support collaboration with external legal counsel as needed. You will also contribute to building and maintaining a centralized knowledge base covering employment law topics for both France and international operations.
This is an ideal opportunity for a final-year law student (Master 2 โ Labor Law, HR Law, or related field) looking to gain experience in a fast-paced international scale-up.
Within one month, you will:
- Meet the People team and explore how we work (Convexity, async-first, etc.)
- Get familiar with our HR tools and documentation
- Learn how we prepare for and run CSE meetings
- Review past legal topics and current documentation
Within three months, you will:
- Contribute to the preparation of CSE meetings and formal consultations
- Support ad hoc labor law research and individual case analysis
- Assist with communication to and from union representatives
- Help HR Ops with policies for countries outside France
Within six months, you will:
- Take the lead on research and documentation for recurring employment law topics
- Draft first versions of internal policy updates
- Help define internal guidelines on complex topics
- Monitor legal changes impacting our People operations in EMEA and NA
The Skill Set
- Studying for a Masterโs degree in Social / Employment Law or related field
- Strong writing and research skills (French legal writing + English fluency required)
- Reliable, rigorous, and discreet with confidential information
- Curious and proactive, able to work independently and prioritize
- Comfortable working in a multicultural, async-first environment
- Enthusiastic about building a strong, fair, and compliant work environment
