Sales – Inside Sales
Permanent Contract
As a Partner Manager, your mission is to grow and manage our partner network (mostly training content creation agencies and HR consulting firms) and source opportunities for our sales teams. Your scope covers both France and key European markets (UK, Belux, Germany).

You’re part of our team of Business Development Representatives and will be coached by our BDR team lead.


    • Consistently reach targets on pipe creation and new revenue generated from the partners network you will fully manage
    • Onboard new partners through a robust enablement process
    • Qualify leads sourced via our partners and hand over sales opportunities to our sales reps
    • Continuously empower and train partners about our market positioning, Suite solutions, product features and support capabilities to turn them into active promoters of 360Learning 
    • Animate the partner community (via events, a newsletter, select touch points, etc.) to ensure we retain the highest revenue-contributing partners
    • Optimize the ROI of our channel partners activity by implementing a tiering approach, deploying a low touch point account management approach and scaling processes
    • Track and communicate with the entire company the results of your activity

Profile: We are looking for an entrepreneurial sales person who:

    • is enthusiastic about our culture (explained here)
    • achieved outstanding performance in at least one previous sales position
    • has exceptional client relationship skills
    • is a self-starter
    • is able to prioritize most impactful work and strategize the management of a network (ie. implement a tiering approach, streamline touch points, etc.)
    • is familiar with the SaaS business model and ecosystem 
    • is fluent in French and English (B2 level or equivalent)
    • being familiar with sales tools like Salesforce, Apollo, or LinkedIn Navigator is a plus
