As we advance on our cloud-centric journey, we are seeking a visionary DevSecOps Manager to strengthen our IT Infrastructure team's capabilities in developing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions.
The DevSecOps Manager will champion the integration of security into our development life cycle, overseeing the secure design, development, and operation of our cloud services. This role is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on technical expertise, requiring a profound understanding of cloud architectures, security postures, and the modernization of IT practices.

What You'll Do
- Strategy and Planning: Lead the strategic planning and execution of 3E's cloud migration and modernization, ensuring alignment with business goals and minimal disruption.
- Migration & Modernization Management: Manage the entire process, ensuring all projects adhere to timelines, budget, and performance standards.
- Technology Leadership: Champion security best practices, manage cybersecurity risks, and drive continuous improvement in cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Team Development: Lead and expand a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence, and enhancing team capabilities in secure cloud operations and DevSecOps methodologies.
- Operational Excellence: Establish robust monitoring and management practices for high availability and reliability, integrate cost-control strategies, and ensure resource efficiency.
- Collaboration and Communication: Engage with stakeholders and partners, ensuring that cloud initiatives are aligned with broader organizational goals and fostering strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field, or significant professional experience in a related area.
- At least 8 years of experience in cloud technology, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in cloud migration within a multi-cloud environment.
- Expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, and a solid understanding of cloud architectures and management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues under pressure.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert preferred.
