3E is seeking a seasoned product leader who thrives on solving transformative, yet complex product challenges and has a track record of successfully scaling product teams. You will help to reimagine our Authoring and Stewardship product portfolio, partnering closely with the Managing Director of Product Stewardship to reshape how we solve problems in the space today. In this pivotal role, you will craft a Product & GTM strategy that guides product, technology, and GTM teams to bring this vision to life. 

You should be a candidate who is comfortable building 0-1 products, while also ensuring success across an existing, rich portfolio that covers a large international scope. You will need to seamlessly partner across the organization to deliver step-function outcomes. You are an experienced manager who can create and inspire a high-functioning Product team in a geo-distributed environment. 

We are open to this role being fully remote from the United States, with a strong preference for candidates located in the Eastern time zone.

What You'll Do

    • Lead product strategy and roadmap for products within 3E’s Stewardship business line. Aligning with key stakeholders, overseeing ideation, planning, development, launch, and maintenance of the portfolio.
    • Adopt 3E’s Business Lifecycle framework as it relates to Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, Build & Test, GTM, and Adoption/Performance
    • Influence 3E’s strategic approach to stewardship and market positioning, along with external thought leaders and associations. 
    • Lead Product team to execute Product Strategy & Roadmap, using 3E’s agile development process. 
    • Mentor and grow the product team into positions of influence, scaling the product organization.

What Makes You A Great Fit

    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field required.
    • 8 years’ experience in Product Management supporting SaaS development and/or Content Delivery solutions.
    • Experience in successfully growing a portfolio of products, aligned to well-understood market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
    • Experience leading successful company-wide initiatives with diverse stakeholders and executive visibility.
    • Evidence-led strategy approach leveraging qualitative and quantitative research.
    • Experience hiring, coaching, and scaling a team of product managers, fostering a culture of psychological safety.
    • Advanced understanding of applying metrics and Agile methodologies to strategy execution
    • Proven communication skills with the ability to interact with and influence across various levels, functions, and external thought leaders.
