We are searching for an experienced Regulatory EHS Solutions Engineer to join our growing Commercial team. In this role, you will leverage your regulatory expertise to demonstrate our industry-leading products to clients, helping them achieve their compliance and sustainability goals. Working closely with our Account Managers and Business Development Executives, you will showcase 3E's solutions to both current and prospective customers. In this role, you have an opportunity to showcase our Chemical and Workplace Safety and Product Safety and Stewardship solutions.
 
Chemical & Workplace Safety: Manage chemical inventories, provide regulatory insights, and offer emergency response services to ensure workplace safety and compliance.
Product Safety & Stewardship: Author Safety Data Sheets (SDS), provide comprehensive regulatory content and integrate with SAP to maintain product safety and regulatory adherence.

What You'll Do!

    • Work with Business Development teams to drive new logos and cross-sells 
    • Successfully navigate client's org and regulatory landscape during new sales and cross-sell sales process. Serve as regulatory, EH&S SME, and guide solution design. 
    • Assist in RFI/RFP/SOW preparation 
    • Support 3E’s Business Development Team throughout the Sales process as a domain expert by sharing expertise on Global EH&S regulations with prospective customers 
    • Influence deal shaping, including product combination and pricing by assessing project scope and implementation complexities to prospects and customers 
    • Assist in understanding customers' business needs and expectations to connect 3E’s value proposition. Document relevant meeting notes and win/loss analysis in Salesforce.com.  
    • Present and demo 3E’s compliance solutions and capabilities   
    • Customize Scope of Work (SOW) documents for complex/comprehensive client delivery programs. 
    • Utilize Value Connection Mindset to determine business priorities, processes, and key stakeholders within the deal team. 
    • Help clients manage regulatory requirements and design end-to-end solutions to drive desired business objectives via workshops within Pre and post-sale. 
    • Partner with Account Management to expand product usage and drive adoption through product training and workshops. 
    • Assist the client in navigating 3E’s internal support to ensure swift problem resolution. 
    • Gather customer feedback, convert it to enhancement requests, and share relevant information with Commercial Leadership and Product teams to influence 3E’s product roadmap. 
    • Proactively stay abreast of the latest major global chemical regulatory updates. 
    • Create and maintain industry point-of-view presentations and client-facing collateral.  
    • Partner with the assigned Business Development team to achieve set business growth objectives. 
    • Attend industry events and tradeshows. Publicly represent and promote 3E’s industry expertise on relevant topics. 

What Makes You a Great Fit

    • Bachelor’s degree required.  A degree in chemistry, environmental policy, chemical engineering, EH&S, or a related business field is preferred. 
    • 10+ years in Environmental, Health & Safety, Supply Chain, Product Stewardship, Regulatory Compliance, familiarity with chemical classification, reporting, and registration requirements (e.g., Haz Com, ROHS, Cal Prop 65, GHS, DOT, TSCA, WHMIS, REACH, etc.).  
    • Additional experience with IT subscription sales is preferred, including SAP systems and use cases in Pharma, and Chemical industries.  
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com 
    • Previous users of 3E’s products and services are a plus. 
    • Bilingual German
