Key Responsibilities

    • Create, manage, and resolve stories in JIRA.
    • Create, manage, release (production & ITE), and discontinue corporate forms.
    • Evaluate/develop business requirements.
    • Monitor development to ensure standards are followed and ease of maintenance.
    • Manage incidents and incoming enhancement requests.
    • Document and execute user story acceptance tests.
    • Provide user story and solution support to team members.
    • Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents.
    • Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team.
    • Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release.

Minimum Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years’ experience in an IT analyst role
    • Team lead experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Marketing, or Commerce and 4-6 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Problem-solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities.
    • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance
    • Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders
    • Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes.
    • Eye for detail and a passion for building great products.
    • Experience working in an agile environment.

Additional Experience Desired

    • Experience with SAP S/4 ERP, Cash Management, TRM, and/or Concur, v1809 or newer
    • Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Adaptive
    • Experience with Jira
    • Experience with Credit Decisioning systems in a financial organization
