    • Collect & analyze timesheet data for the RO subsidiary
    • Be able to make connections between various internal system tools used
    • Identify errors and be able to resolve in a timely manner
    • Conduct and be accountable for internal contracts register
    • Be able to fill in statistics data requested by law
    • Respond and assist employees via the internal ticketing system
    • Issue various reports and/or documentation requested by employees
    • Prepare and submit a monthly file for reimbursement of medical leave to the National Health House
    • Contribute to payroll construction by adding various elements like bonus amounts,  unpaid PTO days, etc
    • Handle with efficiency payroll documents and participate in month-end reporting by producing reports like PTO accrual or other reports needed


    • Must have: 
    • Minimum payroll knowledge (2-4 years)
    • Exposure to timesheets
    • Good excel skills
    • Organized, deadline-oriented
    • Self-driven, corporate-oriented
    • Experience in a IT service environment
    • Open to teamwork
    • EN written/verbal excellent

    • Nice to have: 
    • Autonomy to work with minimum control, result oriented, disciplined, accountable
    • Advantage in prior using SCRIB software
