RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up Sandboxes, Manage Configurations, data migration and workflow setup, and user training.
- Integration between Salesforce Service cloud and other systems including enterprise system.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
- Salesforce Certified:-
- Administrator
- Sales cloud consultant
- Platform App builder
- Support and fast-track the modernization of Sales Cloud (CRM)
- Experience integrating Conga or NetSuite with Salesforce.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
- Salesforce Architect Certifications
- Salesforce consultation, Implementation and Integration
