3Pillar Global is searching for a Senior Talent Compliance Partner (HR Specialist) who will join the Talent department and offer support with conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities requested by management.

    • Maintain the employee personal files for all 3 locations in Romania, according to policy and legal requirements
    • Issue all relevant employment documentation (trigger background checks, hiring, job change, maternity leaves and returns, terminations, etc)
    • Representing the company before state institutions (Territorial Labor Inspectorate, National Agency for Employment)
    • Follows and completes the legal requirements related to ITM and Revisal
    • Updating and maintaining HR System (SCRIB) data up to date and ensure processes efficiency
    • Prepare the data for the entire payroll process
    • Providing day to day advice to employees on general HR related queries, Policies and Procedures, and Labour Law
    • Issuing employment certificates per request
    • Preparation of HR specific reports
    • Organizing medical check-up for the employees (new hires and periodical check-ups)


    • 5-7  years of experience in the HR field
    • Human Resources inspector certificate
    • Good knowledge of labor legislation
    • Bachelor's Degree in any of the related field (Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Accounting or Finance or another related discipline)
    • Knowledge of HRIS or savvy experience with other HR systems (Workday is an advantage)
    • Good MS Office skills Fluency in English
    • Ability to work under pressure and high volume
    • Logical thinking and IT system minded
