3Pillar Global builds breakthrough software products that power digital businesses. As we continue to expand our business, 3Pillar is actively seeking a results-driven Industry Leader to drive strategic growth and revenue for the Technology industry. 
We believe that client success starts with finding a match between client needs and 3Pillar services, and making it easier for our clients to buy from and do business with us. As an industry leader, you will be fully responsible for creating and operationalizing an industry-wide strategy to achieve aggressive growth (25% year over year) within your industry and through a portfolio of current client accounts. You will lead a team of Client Partners in these outcomes, and partner with our new account Sales Executives to advise on and support new client acquisition within your industry.

Sr Dir, Industry Leader Duties:

    • Develop Go-To-Market Strategy: You will be accountable for building and deploying a Go-To-Market Strategy for your Industry portfolio. Industry Leaders typically lead a portfolio that includes Enterprise and Growth Accounts, handle >$30M in revenue and are responsible for achieving a growth rate >=25%.

    • Sell: Your primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth within your existing portfolio of accounts. You will lead by example and lead your Industry to sales success, and run the full sales cycle for your clients. You will grow your portfolio annual recurring revenue as outlined by the leadership team, typically a minimum of 25% year over year.

    • Expand Accounts: Your industry go-to-market strategy and sales success will depend upon your ability to expand industry presence, build business and grow service offerings within existing accounts, find new buyers within your accounts, as well as ask for referrals within our client companies and across the industry.  A successful Industry Leader will lead by example implementing a land and expand strategy in each account. 

    • Industry Thought Leadership, Account Oversight and Governance: As an industry expert, you and your team provide ongoing industry thought leadership and advisory support to clients within your portfolio. You also serve as a trusted advisor to your clients and ensure they find it easy to buy from and do business with us. You will lead and hold your team accountable in meeting with clients in-person frequently (minimum quarterly) and drive conversations with them on business strategy and outcomes. You regularly assess Client satisfaction with our delivery of contracted products and services, and work closely with our 3Pillar Delivery team - who are fully responsible for: ensuring we (1) achieve client outcomes and (2) deliver exceptional products to our clients. Your Leadership role is to participate in the 3 Pillar Delivery meetings with the client, economic buyers, and client teams to stay informed on project progress, objectives, outcomes, and insights tied to achieving client outcomes with our current work, and delivery of exceptional products, for which 3 Pillar Delivery (not your team) is fully accountable. 

    • Build a High Performing Team: You are responsible for building and leading a highly engaged and results-oriented Sales team. You are to lead by example as a passionate people leader, who will set performance metrics and standards, cast vision, clarify goals, objectives and priorities, remove obstacles, and build an engaging team environment. You will be measured on team business outcomes, performance, and engagement.

Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of experience leading the sale of large-scale IT enterprise engagements as both an individual contributor and leader.
    • 5+ years of experience leading a highly engaged team to achieve outcomes.  
    • Expectation for travel up to 50% of the time - meeting with existing and prospective client stakeholders and attending industry events.
    • Proven experience leading and growing a portfolio of client accounts.
