We are looking for a Senior Manager for the Talent Acquisition organization, to oversee the end-to-end hiring process for our global Engineering & Architecture craft. This individual would be responsible for championing our culture of craft within Engineering & Architecture, enabling an effective and efficient recruitment process that hires top talent and leads a global talent acquisition team to drive top line results month over month.  A successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to hiring managers within the craft and results oriented with a laser focus on hiring top quality talent.

You will demonstrate expertise in driving a Talent Acquisition team, process and partnering with leadership to enable a proactive hiring strategy. You will be responsible for managing performance expectations of the Talent Acquisition team, partnering with leadership to understand requirements and enabling an effective and efficient recruitment process. This role will be responsible for hiring ~500 team members annually.

    • Drive Recruitment Process: You manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process.
    • Trusted Advisor: You are the trusted partner to leadership within the Engineering & Architecture craft.
    • Employer Branding: You participate in designing the programs/initiatives developed by 3Pillar with the aim of driving a top talent candidate pipeline and retaining current talent.
    • Team Leadership: You are responsible for a global team of 8-10 Recruiters and 1-2 Sourcers.
    • Resource Management:You maintain and gather data/metrics for reports as requested for recruiting activity.

Who are we looking for?

    • 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition; 5+ years experience leading teams
    • Must be knowledgeable in Engineering & Architecture market; professional services is a plus
    • Must have experience hiring in technical positions
    • Experience hiring 500+ team members annually
    • Previous leadership experience and effective management skills
    • Leadership in business with international operations experience
    • True appreciation for the pace and rigor of working within a PE-backed business
    • Demonstrated success in a fast-moving environment, high growth technology companies
    • Ability to partner with Director and Executive level team members
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to effectively manage several complex projects simultaneously
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to quickly adapt to change
    • Must be willing to travel to our global locations (2-4 trips per year)
